This workshop is a full-day course and can be hosted onsite at your facility or you can register for one of our group training sessions when we hold them so you have multiple fee structures to consider. It is centred around organizational change management and gives you a proven 8-step model that allows you to assess the physical, mental and financial health of your organization, how to address blocking factors to habit change, how to create strategies that align with your organization's policies and procedures, how to evaluate those processes, how to interpret the results and how to adjust as needed.

When it comes to organizational culture and change management, it is not sufficient to try and force those cultural changes, but we need to look at changing behaviours!

  • But we need to go one more step before changing those behaviours.
  • We need to help you as the employer and help your workforce understand the reasons for the need for those changes.
  • Cultures don't change automatically but they do tend to follow behaviours.
  • And you have to consider that from an epidemiological perspective we are biologically hard-wired to sense danger and so we focus only on what can go wrong as opposed to what can go right and this is why many are resistant to change.
  • We fail to recognize the fears that are associated with change and will self-sabotage our ability to change and increase stress levels (and on other pages, I have already demonstrated what chronic stress levels do to us).
  • And to compound this, our attitude and belief about stress will affect how we handle it which decreases both our physiological and psychological health.

This one-day course is your one-stop-shop and includes the following;

  • PSYCHOSOCIAL HEALTH COACH TRAINING
  • PSYCHOSOCIAL HEALTH & SAFETY TRAINING
  • R.E.S.P.E.C.T. YOUR WORKPLACE HAZARDS

We demonstrate how to integrate these new skills into our proven 8-step formula that you can use as a training tool in your organization to support those habit changes which are designed to promote improved mental health and emotional safety.
